Ali Marano is a business strategy and innovation executive with over two decades of cross-sector leadership spanning corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments. As the founder of Alchemy Collectiv, she advises companies and mission-driven organizations on how to accelerate growth, unlock talent, and build high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable business value.
Before launching Alchemy Collectiv, Ali founded and led Tech for Social Good and Emerging Talent at JPMorgan Chase, where she built initiatives that positioned the firm as a leader in workforce innovation. Her career began at Accenture and later included executive roles at NPower, deepening her expertise in talent strategy, workforce development, and systems change.
